The Italian photographer Lorenzo Vitturi purchased his fruits to represent the gentrification of an East London neighborhood called Dalston and its Ridley Road Market.

His crazy sculpture and photograph illustrate the balance between getting the perfect produce and then doing something with it before it changes and decays.

You probably are more interested in cooking than constructions, but whatever you do with your purchases it should be stimulating to the senses. We eat with our eyes and nose before we taste our first bite.
