Experts agree that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But that of course depends on how you define "breakfast."
In many Asian countries it is defined as noodle soup. Whether that is pho in Vietnam or fish soup in Cambodia, the combinations of broth, noodles and regional ingredients seem infinite.
My favorite noodle soup recipe is served in the Shan State, Myanmar. I think what sets it apart is the minced meat, textures, colors, and crunch.
