Eat Colorful Food
Not quite a farmer's market, this sole seller set up her fruit stand on the main road to Kalaw, Myanmar in front of a store selling wild honey and wild cat.
No matter where you are in the world, the best food choices are the most colorful. This means that if you are not at fruit stand or farmers market, you hug the perimeter of you chain grocery store. That is where the nutritious food is located.
Colors are a key ingredient to good nutrition. About half of the brain's cortex relates to the visual. Only a small percent of the brain is concerned with taste.
Eat colorful food.
